A Holistic Approach to Breathe Renewal, Somatic Vibrational Transformation, and Subtle Energy Clearing
WholeBody Breathe is a simple yet profound practice that combines breathe, vibrational sound, and skilled healing touch to support your body’s transformational process. By working with the flow of your breathe and using subtle vibrational frequencies from tuning forks, I facilitate the clearing of energetic blockages, support nervous system healing, and guide you into reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, whole presence and natural vitality.
Each session is an invitation to flow with life, not to fight or resist it. We begin by focusing on your breathe to gently guide you into an theta state of relaxation. As your breathe deepens, I use tuning forks to introduce pure frequencies that help clear any stagnant energy in your body. Through mindful touch and meditative guidance, I help you directly address areas of tension, restoring balance and ease. This process allows your energy to flow freely and naturally, helping you feel lighter, more present, and safe in your body.Be aware, I'm not "doing" anything to you, but rather intentionally and with full presence, supporting your natural, spontaneous process.
This practice is grounded in simplicity and effortless healing. It’s not about forcing anything or following a long list of rituals. Instead, it’s a process of settling into the heart, expanding, and unifying beyond the mind’s chatter. It’s about tuning into your body, releasing old baggage and clutter, and restoring balance through breathe and vibrational sound/touch. Much of the inner conflict is sustained by the bodily tissues, deep under the surface. The gentle nature of this practice encourages release and long-term transformation, supporting you on your path toward greater resilience, wholeness, and well-being.

For those who have deeply recognized the suffering and futility of these repetitive cycles and are ready to move beyond them, I offer a space to recover, rest, and most importantly, retrain the nervous system and body toward healthier, liberating pathways.
While there are countless consumer-driven businesses that offer temporary escapes and indulgences - true, lifelong progress comes when we accept full responsibility for our sanity and renounce the addictive patterns. The never-ending craving to sensual pleasures, the avoidance of pain through distractions, and the clinging to temporal superficial happiness all must be released. Only then can true transformation unfold.
Many diseases, illnesses, and disorders that are common in the modern world are preventable. A lack of safety within the body, combined with the constant pursuit of security through external sources or societal pressures, can contribute to energetic burnout and mental health challenges. Research suggests that the buildup of toxins may play a role in conditions like cancer, and suppressing emotions in order to conform to societal expectations is unfortunately widespread in today's structured, often commercialized systems.
The long list of physical symptoms are mostly caused by distress and overconsumption, and on a spiritual-emotional level, inauthenticity and double-mindedness in our interactions.

Trigger/Tension Release
Trigger Tension Release is a technique that focuses on releasing muscle tightness and discomfort by targeting specific trigger points in the body. Myofascial Release

Subtle Body Clearing and Balancing in Relation to Authentic Expression
Subtle body clearing and balancing involves working with the energetic systems of the body, such as the energy center wheels and meridians to release blocks and restore movement and harmony in your biofield. While physical muscle manipulation focuses on the muscles, fascia, and connective tissues to relieve tension and improve flexibility, subtle body work addresses the deeper, unseen and stored subconscious layers.
By combining musclular therapies with subtle body clearing, I help release not only physical tightness but also emotional or energetic stagnation that may manifest in the body as pain or discomfort. This integrated approach facilitates a more comprehensive healing process, allowing the body to achieve both physical relaxation and energetic equilibrium. The result is a more profound sense of well-being, where all aspects align and integrate.
Illness often begins on the subtle, energetic levels before it physically manifests in the body. This is why it’s crucial to uncover and address repressed or inherited trauma and emotional toxicities before they cause havoc.
Authentic healing at the root source is messy and uncertain, but does not have to be re-traumatizing and debilitating. Suppressing emotions, whether by holding in your breathe or your voice, can create energetic blockages that eventually lead to physical discomfort or illness. It's particularly important not to suppress your feelings when something goes against your gut, intuition, or core values. Listening to and expressing these inner signals is essential for maintaining both emotional and physical health, allowing for the release of accumulated stress and preventing future dis-ease.
In this space, I create a genuinely safe and supportive haven where you can unwind, unfreeze, and surrender to be able touch into your deepest feelings. We must feel deeply to heal and face fully to integrate.
Convenient In-Your-Home Sessions
I provide in-home private bodywork sessions with only a few openings per month. Offerings are purely professional and although friendly and lighthearted, therapeutic boundaries will be fully honored, with no tolerance for extreme ethical violations, ulterior expectations, etc. This is to better serve the community and to maintain the highest quality and value for all.
This is my vocational practice and a way to bring forth my vision and voice, through grounded, every-day connections. Intentions and actions will match to build trustworthiness and authentic service.
As I've relocated to a new area and eventually may find a studio space for dedicated sessions.
In the meantime, I welcome wellness-oriented clients to inquire about mobile sessions.
Before your first session, a Goodwill Private Agreement will be sent to your email. This is to ensure that there is mutual compatability and that practice intentions are clear. There will be no selling or convincing, rather full transparency, informed consent and conscious choice from the very start.
We can review and sign it together once we have a mutual understanding.
